The Christchurch Guangdong Association held a Chinese New Year Party at Le Kou Fu Restaurant at 6 pm on February 12th. More than 120 people from all directors, family members and general members gathered together to celebrate the traditional festival. The Human Population Census Department specially appointed Candy Wu (张伍翠群女仕) and Henry Jaiswal to promote the 2018 New Zealand Population Census and related regulations. There were also two local singers singing and dancing, and the guests heard the songs and danced, and the joyous scene was boiling for a while. The after-show included gifts lottery, famous wine and various goods auctions and other activities. The Chinese New Year celebration party ended successfully at 10 o'clock that evening.
